Two songs really-I.C.S. compositions-bluntly rammed together because they were written with each other in mind. First, some impressions of political leaders. Second, notice how they fight for stuff (money, power, religion, freedom), only to be usurped by the next guy who will spend all his life force fighting for the opposite stuff.
